Features

1. Highly corrosion-resistant. The spill pallet for safe storage is made of corrosion-resistant HDPE. Its bottom and sides feature closed "grooves," ensuring that leaked liquids remain trapped within the pallet and prevent them from seeping downward.

2. Heavy-duty. A standard spill pallet can easily hold two to four 50kg oil drums. Some thicker models can even handle hundreds of kilograms, allowing it to be stacked with oil drums or storage tanks without deforming.

3. Easy to maintain. The surface is smooth, so any leaks can be simply wiped with a rag or flushed with water (suitable for water-resistant liquids). It is also sun- and frost-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor use. It withstands the sun in the summer and freezes in the winter, requiring no frequent maintenance.

4. Easy to combine. Available in interlocking versions, if you have a large number of oil drums, you can combine several pallets to create a leak-proof area for easier management.

6. Thickened partitions. The pallet's partitions feature a non-slip texture, increasing friction between the cargo and the plastic pallet, eliminating the risk of cargo slipping during transport.

7. Large leakage path. In the event of a leak, the leak will flow through the partitions into the pallet, preventing contamination.

8. Nut-type drain port. Each pallet has a nut-type drain port on its bottom; unscrew it to drain the liquid from the tank.

Applications

1. Factory Workshops: Drums of lubricating oil and hydraulic oil in machinery factories, and tanks of cleaning agents in electronics factories, must be protected from leaks that could contaminate equipment and cause safety accidents.

2. Hazardous Waste Treatment Plants and Warehouses: In areas designated for the storage of hazardous waste such as waste engine oil and waste solvents, each drum must be covered with a leak-proof pallet to prevent the waste from seeping into the ground and contaminating the soil and groundwater.

3. Gas Stations and Auto Repair Shops: Used drums of used engine oil removed from auto repair shops, and spare diesel and gasoline drums at gas stations, can be used to prevent leaks and meet environmental standards.

4. Laboratories: Small tanks containing acid, alkali, and organic solvents in research laboratories, while small in volume, can be dangerous if leaks occur. Small leak-proof pallets can effectively address this safety issue.

5. Logistics Warehousing: When logistics companies transport or store hazardous chemical drums, they should place leak-proof pallets on shelves or on the floor to prevent minor leaks during transportation and protect the storage environment.
