Portable self-contained eye wash provides a self-contained emergency eye rinsing solution for areas where a fixed plumbed eyewash is not available. The integrated tank stores clean flushing fluid and delivers a gravity-fed rinse through dual spray outlets for quick first response to chemical splashes, dust, or debris. Designed for easy wall mounting and routine maintenance, it is ideal for laboratories, workshops, warehouses, and temporary or remote work sites.

Usage Notes

1. Ensure that the portable self-contained eye wash is within 10-second walking distance from the hazardous area. The path between them should be clear and preferably straight to facilitate prompt handling in case of an emergency.

2. The eye and face wash should last for at least 10-15 minutes.

3. Dispose of the wastewater promptly after use.

4. Before the device is put into use, train the operators on how to use it correctly.

5. Use normal temperature pure water or water that meets hygiene standards. The suitable temperature range is 16℃ to 38℃.

Product Maintenance

To ensure that the portable self-contained eye wash operates normally in emergency situations, the following points should be noted：

Regular inspection: Start the water test for about 10 seconds every week to prevent the deterioration of water quality in the pipe or malfunction of the valve;

Record maintenance: After each water test, record the situation and sign for confirmation, and track the equipment status;

Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the equipment clean. The dust cover should be closed during normal times to avoid contamination of the nozzle.
